While you don't need to be present, we recommend having a facility manager or property contact available. They can provide roof access, answer questions about the building's history, and point out any specific concerns. We can also conduct inspections independently if needed.

We pride ourselves on same-day reporting. Your detailed inspection report, complete with photos, grading, and recommendations, will be emailed to you and uploaded to your client portal the same day the inspection is performed—not days or weeks later.

Our report categorizes findings into Emergency repairs (requiring immediate attention) and Proactive repairs (preventative measures). You have full flexibility to choose which repairs to approve based on your budget and priorities. We provide transparent pricing for all recommended work.

We recommend annual inspections, ideally in spring or fall. Additional inspections should be scheduled after severe weather events like hail storms, high winds, or heavy snow. Our ROOFSHIELD+ maintenance program includes regular inspections as part of the package.
